- Anything you cannot defend in a procurement review. If your client's procurement or legal team asks "what tools touched our work and our data," you need a clean answer. - The voice work you've trained your senior team to do. Editorial voice, copy taste, message hierarchy. That is taste, and taste is what your senior people are paid for. Drafting from a brief is fine. Generating the final voice is not.
